“I called Progressive Cleaning for the first time about two weeks ago. I’d just had some of my rooms repainted and there was dust and sand all over. Not only that, the place was a mess prior to the painting. Their team of two showed up on time and got right to it. I had to get to work, so I showed them how to lock the door (its a smartlock) and I headed out for work. When I returned later that afternoon, I was so pleased! They had locked up just as I had asked; and the kitchen, the bathrooms and the floors looked especially great, there was also a light fresh scent throughout. They literally got all the little spaces and dusty areas, and the price was on par with the local competitors. It’s about time for another cleaning pretty soon, I definitely plan to call them again.”

“Excellent service I found on Yelp. Had a first time cleaning and hired the company that night because it was done so well. The crew cleaned EVERYTHING – two br 2 bath apt. We particularly enjoyed the attention to cleaning detail; for example they vacuumed a pattern into the couch, organized the mess in the fridge and leveled the towels. Almost best of all this company has a very responsive (email and phone) owner/manger which I enjoy. I scheduled routine cleaning for the whole year! Highly recommended team. UPDATE (NOV 2017) — Been using this service for a year. On our second, larger apartment and the crew continues to do a great job. “Wow! I asked for a deep cleaning and they gave me just that! My place is all hardwoods and I know there are places where “dust bunnies” gather and are hard to reach. Progressive moved furniture, got behind and under EVERY piece of furniture. My bathrooms sparkle! The baseboards are flawless. There isn’t one piece of dirt or dust to be found in the areas that were cleaned! They arrived on time and were timely and thorough with their cleaning (didn’t waste time).”

“I hired them prior to listing my three-level condo/townhouse on the market, as it needed a thorough deep cleaning before it could be shown to buyers. Since I no longer lived in Virginia, my mother was there to greet the three person cleaning crew upon arrival and witnessed them in action during the three hours they were there.

 

She was blown away at their attention to detail, and told me that they did an impeccable job…and she has pretty high cleaning standards. They brought all their own equipment, arrived within the two hour window as promised (though arrived toward the later half of that window), and wore shoe covers in my home.

Prior to the day of service, Evelyn, the owner, sent me a thorough quote via email and a break down of everything that would be cleaned in every single room (a multi-page document), which was helpful in knowing what I would be paying for.

I provided that list to my mother, and she later confirmed post service that everything had been cleaned as promised. My house is now almost sold with settlement in just a few days, and I will be using Progressive Cleaning to do a thorough move-out cleaning once the home is completely empty for the same price as my original cleaning.

“I suffer with deteriorating joint health, and have for years. So, there were OBVIOUSLY going to be places I’ve missed when I clean!! OMG, they found them all – and dutifully, politely cleaned every nook & cranny like no one ever has!! Their attention to detail was stellar!!
