I’ve never had cleaning service before, what is the process?

Cleanings can be scheduled by calling us during office hours at (703) 718-0787. You may also schedule a cleaning on our website here.

Upon approval, we choose a time & date. We verify the information provided and collect a credit card number for reservation purposes. Payment is expected at the time of service. A courtesy reminder will be sent out by an automated system the evening before. You are all set after that!

How do I prepare for your arrival?

Remember we charge by the hour, to save you money, we ask you to please pick-up and organize any rooms so we can FOCUS our time to cleaning! Additionally, this will prevent your items from being misplaced and shifted around.

This will eliminate you looking for “that thing” you needed yesterday.

VERY IMPORTANT – please secure all items in the shower and make sure all items that are hung around your home are properly secured.

How about my pet, what should I do with him/her?
Absolutely nothing – we will work around your pet, as long as they are trained! What’s super cool about our cleaning products is that all solutions are NON-TOXIC. You know your pet, just let us know if there’s any special instructions we must follow.
Why don't you provide arrival windows?
Sorry, we don’t over promise and giving you an exact time is unreliable! We have 2 hour arrival windows, as we may never know what may come up. We keep you updated and provide 30 min courtesy calls upon request.
Should I be home to let you in or while you are cleaning my house?
We are trustworthy individuals, please know that we will honor and respect your home. Your key is safe with us. If you have an alarm system, we ask that you set our own security code. Other entry instructions may be provided as well.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

We provide all our own equipment and supplies. Because we practice green cleaning, we select our cleaning products carefully. Our products are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non- abrasive, and non-allergenic.

However, we will be happy to use any products that you supply (please advise our office of any special instructions). We generally clean only items that are within reach when using the three-tiered step-stool that we bring with us.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes, we are covered in the Tri-State area.
Do you use HEPA filters?
Yes, all our vacuums contain HEPA filters. They are cleaned and changed on a daily basis.
Do you wash laundry & dishes?
No, at this time we don’t offer these services.
Do you steam clean carpets?
At this time, we do not have professional staff to clean carpets. However, we have a GREAT recommendation for you, please contact Sandro’s Carpet Cleaning at (301) 915-4840.
Do you wash windows?
Yes, we do. This is an additional service, $20 for exterior (only if your windows tilt-in and we are able to clean from the inside of your home).
Do we tip the staff?
It is not included nor mandatory to tip but it is greatly appreciated. The staff are allowed to accept tips.
