Recurring Cleaning Services
We offer weekly, bi-weekly & every 4 weeks recurring cleanings.
Recurring services are charged at lower flat rate fees.
The second and third cleaning are charged hourly $120.00/hr for a group of 3 & $80.00/hr for a group of 2 (depending on staff availability).
Minimum of $175.00.
Kitchen
- Clean outside all appliances.
- Clean in and out the microwave.
- Sanitize all counters and outside cabinets including polishing.
- Clean stove thoroughly including accessories.
- Remove grease build up.
- Clean the floor.︎
- Remove all trash.
- Remove any cob webs.︎
- Wipe kitchen table, and chairs (including baby’s high chair, and/or booster seat).
- Wipe down baseboards
Bathrooms
- Clean tub/shower thoroughly, remove any stains, or mildew.︎
- Clean mirrors/vanities.︎
- Scrub clean sink.︎
- Remove all trash.︎
- Scrub clean toilet bowl inside, and out including base, and behind.︎
- Dust lights over the counter, and sink.︎
- Vacuum bathroom carpet(s), and mop floor.︎
- Wipe down baseboards
Bedroom
- Change beds (if linen left out).︎
- Dust all furniture.︎
- Dust all picture frames.︎
- Vacuum upholstered furniture.︎
- Remove any cobwebs.︎
- Wipe baseboards.︎
- Vacuum all carpet areas.︎
- Vacuum and mop hardwood floors.︎
- Clean all mirrors.︎
- Dust, and clean window sills and blinds.︎
- Dust ceiling fans (if within reach).
- Clean all light switches, and door knobs- removing fingerprints.
Other Areas
- Dust all furniture –including vases, frames etc.︎
- Vacuum upholstered furniture.︎
- Remove any cobwebs.︎
- Dust all blinds, and window sills.︎
- Dust all air vents.︎
- Dust all ceiling fans and light fixtures (within reach).︎
- Vacuum all carpeted areas.︎
- Vacuum and mop hardwood floors.︎
- Clean all light switches to remove fingerprints.︎
- Wipe all banisters, rails and baseboards.
- Clean sliding glass door.
